The compressed air generated by the air compressor enters the tank body, and the material is liquefied through the liquefaction device. The unloading device is transported to the designated location to complete the unloading work.

How does cement bulker work?

Cement bulker loading

1. Close the pressure relief valve, external air source valve, secondary blowing valve, and discharging butterfly valve.

2. Start the engine smoothly so that the air compressor can start smoothly at low speed. Then gradually increase the throttle to make the air compressor reach the rated speed and inflate the tank.

3. When the pressure rises to about 0.15MPa, open the secondary auxiliary blow valve to clear the discharging pipe, make sure that the discharging pipe is not blocked, and then close the secondary auxiliary blow valve.

4. When the pressure rises to 0.2MPa, open the discharging butterfly valve to start discharging.

5. When the pressure drops to about 0.02MPa and becomes stable, the cement in the tank is almost fully discharged and the warehouse is started to be cleaned.

6. Close the front air intake valve and just make the rear air intake valve work. Observe the pressure gauge. If the pressure rises, it indicates that there is still residual material at the rear of the tank. After the pressure rises and then falls back to and keeps about 0.02MPa, it indicates that the rear part is unloaded.
7. After confirming that there is no material left at the front or the rear of the tank, turn off the engine, stop the air compressor, open the pressure relief valve, close the discharging butterfly valve, remove the discharge quick connector, and return the discharge pipes to the vehicle. Finish unloading.

Cement bulker use precautions

1. When driving a bulk cement truck, do not run at excessive speed or overpressure. Overspeed or overpressure will seriously damage the air compressor. The maximum speed of this machine is shown in the main technical parameter table, and the working pressure is 0.2MPa.

2. Don't start or stop the air compressor quickly, but slowly increase or decelerate, otherwise, the pressing force will damage the air compressor.

3. Do not change the rotation direction of the air compressor, otherwise, the machine will be seriously damaged if the oil pump does not supply oil.

4. Do not stop the air compressor before decompression, otherwise, the powder material may flow back into the cylinder, causing serious damage to the air compressor.

5. Check the oil mark before starting the machine. The oil level must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil standard; it is necessary to check whether the oil pump is supplying oil frequently. If it does not supply oil, stop the machine and check immediately, otherwise, the lack of oil will seriously damage the air compressor.

6. The lubricating oil should be replaced on schedule. After using the new machine for 30 hours, drain the oil in the crankcase, clean the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter, and then change the oil. Change the oil as described above once a year from now on.

7. Check and clean the oil filter. Normally, check and clean once every quarter. If the machine usage rate is high, check and clean once a month.

Related: What is cement bulker?

What is cement bulker?
